Summer Vacation to Galveston

My sweetie planned a perfect week long get-a-way with the family at the close of summer.  We rented a beautiful beach house and had some quality family time together. The babies were very good on their 1st vacation and it was nice to spread out in the house.  Gameboy   bunked  with the twins and took good care of them. 

We played on the beach and at the pool every morning and late evening. We played lots of board games.  Even some oldies but goodies like Clue and electronic Battleship.  We watched lots of movies, worked on a puzzle and ate delicious food.   We got two day passes to Moody Gardens and I have tons of pictures to share from our time there.    Waiting to go into the aquarium.

Sarah and Sydney were so good and spent most of the day here.   

Our sweet friend Molly came along to help us with the kids.  She was so helpful and fun!  We loved having her join us and she took all these great pictures.  Thanks Molly!

Who knew we could ice skate in August in Galveston, but Moody Gardens had it all.
